Acknowledgment and Consent

By using our services, you agree to the risks associated with repairs. You grant us permission to perform the required repairs on your device.

By providing your contact information, you authorize Phone RepairZ to contact you via SMS, email, or phone for updates related to your order. You may also receive promotional messages; however, marketing messages are not a condition of service. You may opt out of promotional messages at any time.

Repair Permissions and Liability

• You authorize Phone RepairZ to repair your device and understand that some repairs may void manufacturer warranties.
• Phone RepairZ is not responsible for pre-existing damage or unforeseen component failures that occur during or after repair.
• Phone RepairZ will not be liable for data loss or any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.

Important: We recommend removing SIM cards and backing up all data before repair.

Customer Responsibilities

• It is your responsibility to back up all data before bringing your device in for service.
• Phone RepairZ offers data backup services for an additional fee. Please inquire for details.
• We are not responsible for lost data if no backup is completed before repair.

Repair Timeline and Fees

• Standard repairs are usually completed within 7 business days, but some may take longer due to parts availability.
• Fees related to diagnostics, troubleshooting, and water damage are non-refundable.
• If additional costs arise during repair, we will contact you for approval before proceeding.

Abandoned Property Policy

• Devices left uncollected for 30 days after we notify you will be considered abandoned.
• Phone RepairZ may salvage parts from abandoned devices and will not be responsible for lost property if your contact information is outdated or incorrect.
• We will make reasonable attempts to contact you before deeming your device abandoned.

Warranty Information

• Phone RepairZ provides a 90-day warranty on parts and labor under normal use.
• Our warranty does not cover:
  • Physical damage (e.g., cracked screens)
  • Water damage
  • Damage caused by unauthorized modifications (e.g., jailbreaking or rooting)
• Repairs may void any existing manufacturer warranties.

To maintain your warranty, handle your device with care after repair.

Messaging Terms & Conditions

By signing up for our messaging services, you agree to receive both transactional and promotional messages from Phone RepairZ.

• Message frequency may vary based on your interaction with us.
• Message & data rates may apply. Contact your carrier for details.

You can cancel at any time by texting “STOP”. If you need help, text “HELP” or contact us at info@phonerepairz.com.

Transfer of Mobile Number Responsibility

If you change or transfer your mobile number, you must notify us by replying “STOP” or emailing us at info@phonerepairz.com. Failure to do so releases us from liability for any future messages sent to your old number.
